Wayne- LPN Only:
Young man in Wayne. Cares include NG feedings, colostomy cares, oxygen therapy. Full assistance with all transfers and ADLS.
Part time days or nights.
Wayne- LPN Only:
Young lady in Wayne. Cares include NG feedings, oxygen therapy. Full assistance with all transfers and ADLS.
Part time day shift.
Hastings:
Young lady with Cerebral Palsy. Cares include tracheostomy monitoring and suctioning. G-tube feedings. Oxygen Therapy. Full assist for all ADLs.
Part time day shift.
Fremont:
Young man in Fremont. Cares include G-button feedings, medications. Multiple therapies.
Full time and part time day shift.
West Omaha:
Young man with primary diagnosis of Spina Bifida. Cares include respiratory management including oxygen, tracheostomy cares. G-button feedings, medications and therapies.
Part time night shift.
Fremont:
1 year old boy. Primary diagnosis of vocal chord paralysis. Cares include monitoring of tracheostomy, medication management.
Part time to full time nights.
York:
17 year old male with Muscular Distrophy. Cares include ventilator management. Tracheostomy cares. Total care patient.
Part time night shift.
