This challenging and fulfilling position is responsible for managing and directing care for clients in NE KS region, building and maintaining relationships with families, nurses, referral sources and others involved in the care of clients.

The ideal candidate for this position has the following:

• Licensed in good standing as RN in Kansas (required)
• Strong clinical experience (pediatric desired but not required)
• Management experience including recruiting, hiring, and training employees
• Marketing and Business Development experience
• Infusion experience (any age)

Position Specifics

• Office is located in Lawrence, KS.  Position requires some day travel around Northeast Kansas region and infrequent overnight travel.  A company car will be provided for business travel.  A valid drivers license and acceptable driving record is required for this position.
• Position directly supervises 3-4 office staff and all nursing staff in the field with the assistance of Nurse Supervisor.
• This is an exempt (salaried) full time position.  Office hours are typically M-F (8 am to 5 pm) with some exceptions and some work required outside of office hours.
